1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the LaunchStudio website (launchstudio.co) and all related pages, tools, and content (the “Site”). LaunchStudio is a service operated in partnership with Manifera Software Development Pte. Ltd. (“Manifera”), with offices at Herengracht 420, 1017 BZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
1.2 By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Site only. Separate terms apply to any software development services, project agreements, or other services provided by LaunchStudio or Manifera.
2. Services
2.1 LaunchStudio offers production-readiness services for AI-built software prototypes, including but not limited to: code review, security auditing, deployment, hosting, monitoring, payment integration, and ongoing maintenance.
2.2 All project engagements are subject to a separate project agreement with a fixed scope, timeline, and price. No binding commitment arises from the use of this Site, filling in a contact form, or participating in an introductory call.
2.3 LaunchStudio reserves the right to decline any project at its sole discretion.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All content on the Site, including text, images, illustrations, blog articles, tools, and design elements, is the property of LaunchStudio and/or Manifera and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
3.2 Code ownership for client projects is governed by the applicable project agreement. As a standard practice, all code developed for clients is delivered in the client’s own repository and on the client’s own accounts. Full ownership transfers to the client upon final payment.
4. Use of the Site
4.1 You may not use the Site to take any action that could harm LaunchStudio, Manifera, or any third party. You may not attempt to access restricted areas, circumvent security measures, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
4.2 The Site may contain links to third-party websites. LaunchStudio is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these websites.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 The content on this Site is provided for informational purposes only. LaunchStudio is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the Site content, nor for any damages arising from the use of or reliance on such content.
5.2 Liability for services provided under a project agreement is governed exclusively by that agreement.
6. Communications
6.1 By submitting your contact information through any form on the Site, you consent to receiving communications from LaunchStudio related to your inquiry. We may also send occasional updates about our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
7.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall preempt the commitments made in our Privacy Policy.
